These terms are an agreement between you and Huddle ("Huddle", "we"), a service operated from Florida, USA. By creating an account or using Huddle, you agree to them. If you use Huddle for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf. Account holders must be at least 18.
Huddle lets a team send ideas and concerns to its owner without names attached, and lets the owner reply and share updates. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we make a change that significantly reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you in advance.
Huddle only works if people trust it. As an account holder or admin, you agree that you will not:
Huddle does not attach names to ideas, but it cannot promise that a sender cannot be recognized from what they wrote. That is why the rules above exist.
People who send ideas are responsible for what they write. Do not send threats, unlawful content, or private details about other people. Ideas are not reviewed by us in real time. We may remove content or suspend access if we learn of abuse. Account holders may delete any idea in their inbox.
Huddle is not monitored around the clock and is not a way to report emergencies, harassment, discrimination or safety dangers. If someone is in danger, call 911. Account holders must provide a serious-issue contact, and it is shown to people sending ideas. Huddle does not give legal, HR or professional advice.
Huddle is a monthly subscription. There is one plan, $39 a month, plus any taxes that apply. It covers your whole team, with every feature and as many admins as you need. If we raise our price for new customers later, the price of an active subscription does not change for as long as it stays active. Payment is handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and your subscription renews each month until you cancel. There is no limit on the number of ideas your team can send. Ideas are kept for up to 3 years, and you choose the period in your account.
Pick the plan that matches your team size. We may ask you to move to a different plan if it does not. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing period.
You can cancel any time from Manage billing, or by deleting your account. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we agree it was our error. If a payment fails, we may pause or end access after we have given you a chance to fix your card.
Paying by invoice. Instead of a card, you can pay by invoice. Invoices are issued monthly in US dollars and are due 30 days after the invoice date (“Net 30”). You can add a purchase order number, and we print it on every invoice; a purchase order does not change these terms, and any terms printed on a purchase order do not apply. If you pay by invoice, your plan starts when your first invoice is paid. If an invoice is not paid by its due date, we send reminders. If it is still unpaid 15 days after the due date (45 days after the invoice date), we pause Huddle for your team, so that your team cannot send new ideas, until the invoice is paid. You can still sign in and read what you have. We do not delete your data because an invoice is unpaid, and we do not charge late fees. You can switch to paying by card at any time by contacting us.
Every account has a referral code. When a business you referred signs up with your code and makes its first payment, you earn one free month, which is taken off a future monthly bill. Free months, including any we give for support reasons, have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are applied to the next full monthly bill after they are earned. Referring yourself, or accounts you control, or creating accounts to collect free months, is not allowed, and we may remove free months earned that way. We may change or end the program at any time; free months already earned stay valid.
You keep ownership of the ideas, replies and other content in your account. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you. Huddle, its design and its software belong to us, and these terms do not give you ownership of them.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what we do not.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deleting it also cancels your subscription. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or other people at risk. You can download your ideas first.
Huddle is provided “as is”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Questions: use the contact form on our homepage or email support@huddleideas.com.
